Reinforced, Medium Pressure Fans for High Temperature Industrial Applications

A wide range of high temperature fans and hot gas fans designed to handle temperatures up to 350°C. Featuring motors located out of the high temperature zone with in-built protection against shaft transmitted and/or radiated heat. In larger sizes, belt drive can make the motor even less vulnerable to the heat, which then only reaches the impeller bearing.


Designed to Operate in High Temperatures and for the Recirculation of Hot Gases 

High temperature fans or hot gas fans are available within our industrial fan range, manufactured by Casals. They are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, the type of impeller used depends on the application. For the recirculation of hot gases we recommend the CLIBOS-TR plug fan series, which is designed to withstand temperatures up to 350°C.

Technical Data

The RS range of inline duct fans housing is manufactured using polyamide PA6 reinforcd with 15% glass fibre. A material characterised by high rigidity, hardness, durability and high mechanical strength. It's ability to absorb vibration and impact resistance adds to it performance enhancing features, making it the ideal noise optimised unit for axial air flow, high efficiency and low noise applications such as industrial, horticultural and electronic ventilation.
