Manufacturing Features:
Centrifugal belt driven fan made of Fe360 sheet steel. 

Fully welded housing finished with a qualicoat polyester powder coating stoved at 200ºC, with an average film thickness of 70 microns.
Average heat resistance of the coating is 180ºC with peaks of 200ºC.

High efficiency simple inlet backward impeller with self-cleaning system made of Fe360 sheet, statically and dynamically balanced. Impellers are painted with polyester primer that resists temperatures up to 300ºC.
Motorised fan with base frame, fully equipped including: motor, pulleys, belts, belt guard and shaft guard.
IE4 motors for 75kW power or higher.
Standard orientation LG270. Models 500 to 630 allow for adjustments to the orientation. For model sizes 710 to 1250 the orientation is fixed.

AATVC belt driven centrifugal fans are designed for inline installation and suitable for a wide range of high pressure industrial applications including the extraction or injection of air, cooling of machines and parts, pneumatic transport, clean air transport and exhaust after filters, separators and cyclones. An ATEX version suitable for zone 2 is available on request.

Designed to Handle High Temperatures

AATVC belt driven centrifugal fans are designed to withstand high temperatures with a fully welded polyester powder coated housing stoved at 200ºC which provides heat resistance up to 180ºC with peaks of 200ºC. Its backward curved impellers are painted with polyester primer that can resist temperatures up to 300ºC. The maximum working temperature of carried air is 130ºC, and up to 60ºC for ambient air.
