Versatile Medium Pressure Fans Available in Standard or ATEX versions
Manufacturing Features:
Centrifugal fan with a reinforced, welded housing made with rolled steel sheet.
Simple impeller manufactured of steel sheet and reinforced with a welded ring protected with a polyester powder finishing coat.
Asynchronous squirrel-cage motor with IP-55 protection and rated class F insulation. Standard voltages: 230/400V 50Hz for 3~ motors up to 4kW and 400/690V 50Hz for higher powers.
Standard orientation: LG270.
High Efficiency and Durable Impellers
Offering durability and enhanced corrosive resistance in harsh environments, the MB and the MB P/R fans feature reinforced housing and impellers. The maximum working temperature of carried air is up to 130°C and up to 60°C for ambient air.
MB: Medium pressure centrifugal fan with forward curved impeller
MB P/R: Medium pressure centrifugal material handling fan with a radial straight impeller
MBX: Medium pressure centrifugal fan with forward curved impeller, ATEX rated.
Designed for inline installation, they are suitable for:
•Solid material transport (except for textile fibres)
•Maximum working temperature: carried air: 130ºC, ambient: 60ºC
•Special voltages
•2 speed motors (3~ motors)
•Fan for air working temperatures up to 250ºC with R/R (cooling impeller)
