Manufacturing Features:
High pressure centrifugal fan manufactured from Fe360 sheet steel.
Qualicoat polyester powder coating stoved at 200ºC, offering an average heat resistance of 180ºC with peaks of 200ºC.
High efficiency simple inlet backward impeller,
made of Fe360 sheet steel and statically and dynamically balanced with a self-cleaning system. Impellers are painted with polyester primer that resists temperatures up to 300ºC.
Standard orientation LG270. Other available positions: LG0, LG45, LG90, LG135, LG180, LG225, LG315, RD0, RD45, RD90, RD135, RD180, RD225, RD270, RD315.

Standard asynchronous s
quirrel-cage motor with IP-55 protection and class F insulation. Manufactured with standard voltages: 230/400V 50Hz in 3~ motors up to 4kW and 400/690V 50Hz for higher powers.

Featuring High Efficiency Simple Inlet Backward Impellers

The AAVG series of high pressure centrifugal fans feature backward curved impellers made of Fe360 sheet steel which are statically and dynamically balanced with a self-cleaning system and a polyester primer finish coating that resists temperatures up to 300ºC.

Suitable for High Pressure Applications

AAVG centrifugal fans available with backward or forward curved impellers are designed for high pressure applications including the extraction or injection of air, pneumatic transport, cooling of machines and parts, clean and slightly dusty air transport and exhaust after filters, separators and cyclones. ATEX versions are also available on request.

Technical Data

The AAVG series of high centrifugal fans are paired with an ATEX standard asynchronous motors manufactured with standard voltages: 230/400V 50Hz in three phase motors up to 4kW and 400/690V 50Hz for higher powers.
