2Christmas Eve Gratuity Day

Christmas Eve is the time when our employees should be spending valuable time with the people that matter the most to them, their families and friends. That’s why it’s written in our policies that if Christmas Eve falls on a working weekday, we’ll give employees the day off, fully paid for by the company. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. After 3 years’ continued service employees have additional options to extend annual leave to use as you wish.


3Work Socials

All work and no play make jack a dull boy as the saying goes, so we encourage our team to take some much-needed downtime away from the stresses of work. That’s why we organise at least 4 company funded social events during work hours throughout the year. Led by suggestions from our employees the possibilities are endless, ranging from events such as bowling, exclusive bar usage, driving range, paint balling, clay pigeon shooting, escape rooms and much more. The team also plan a few more unofficial social events in the evenings which everyone is free to attend. Additionally we’ve been known to throw in the odd discretionary lunch if our team have gone above and beyond. Maybe the end of your first week could be one of those days? 4Free Tea and Coffee

It sounds bad to us to be saying this, but we heard that some companies charge you for drinks, even limit you to one coffee or tea a day. Well not us. With a few coffee aficionados in the house, we have bean to cup machines for your morning espresso or your afternoon latte in the upstairs and downstairs kitchens. If tea is your thing, our selection of speciality teas is available, we won’t list out the variations of green tea or immune support tea that the current employees request each week. If you’re non-dairy we’ll also accommodate for it, with soy, almond and oat milks making regular appearances in the kitchen fridge, you’d be surprised to know that we also have regular cow’s milk, just for the millennials out there. Wondering about cooking? Our employees benefit from an all access ninja air fryer in the downstairs kitchen and free of charge fruit to keep you in tip top condition. One important thing we don’t provide however, and we must stress this…. if it’s your birthday you must bring cake*. So we can all celebrate you getting older of course.

7 Uniform & Equipment

Join our team of fan integrations experts and feel like part of the community with our corporate uniform. Each employee is supplied with polos, a gilet, and a jacket. Pair it up with trousers or a skirt, and footwear of your choice. We’re easy going but check our uniform policy to see if you favourite shoes are allowed in the office. What about Fridays? Well Fridays are our dress down days, so express yourself and feel comfortable however you feel best. For those roles that require toe protector boots or warmer clothing for open areas, we’ve got that covered too. Each employee is provided with a company laptop and headphones as standard. We operate telecommunications via teams, so you’ll never need to use your own phone, even if working remotely. Mobile phones are provided depending on the role where deemed necessary.

A full job description is available on request but the below gives a taste of what you’ll do:

To plan, forecast and maintain profitable OEM product sales margins enhanced by understanding and reacting to customer requirements and sensitive market conditions. By regularly communicating market developments and customer insight internally, this should enhance cross departmental customer centric actions to further enhance Axair’s positioning of the brand and the OEM portfolio, while educating the OEM team through exemplary behaviour of customer centric solutions and commercial astute product propositions.
