Direct Driven Centrifugal Medium Pressure Plug Fan for High Temperatures
Manufacturing Features:
Insulated casing made of carbon laminated steel with a powder polyester coating for enhanced corrosion resistance. Finish C3.
Thermal insulation with high density rock wool, 145Kg/m3, thickness 50mm.
Self-cleaning and reinforced impeller with high performance backward (reaction) blades made of carbon laminated steel, dynamically balanced to minimise noise and vibrations and painted with a black heat-resistant paint coating.
Motor with flange (B5).
Maximum continuous working temperature ambient (motor): 60ºC.
Suitable for the continuous transfer of gases from -40ºC to 350ºC.
Integrated cooling impeller.
Squirrel cage standardised asynchronous IEC motor for continuous operation (S1), offering IP-55 protection and Class F electrical insulation. Manufactured with standard voltages as follows, 230/400V 50Hz for 3~ motors up to 4kW and 400/690V 50Hz for higher powers.
Offers C3 Rated Corrosion Protection
CLIBOS high temperature fans feature a black heat-resistant paint coating finish, rated C3 for its corrosion resistance. They are suitable for areas with high humidity and air pollution.
CLIBOS: Medium pressure centrifugal plug fan with backward curved impeller, for temperatures up to 250ºC.
CLIBOS - TR: Medium pressure centrifugal plug fan with backward curved impeller, for temperatures up to 350ºC.

Technical Data
CLIBOS fans are paired with a standardised asynchronous IEC motor manufactured with standard voltages: 230/400V 50Hz for three phase motors Up to 4kW and 400/690V 50Hz for higher powers. Motors offer IP-55 protection and Class F electrical insulation.
