Manufacturing Features:
Plate axial fan with motor-impeller modular assembly for complete versatility.
Reinforced circular frame with polyester powder finishing coat.
Polypropylene impeller (A2 profile) or polyamide impeller reinforced with fibreglass (other profiles) with variable pitch angle.
Standard asynchronous squirrel-cage motor with IP55 protection and Class F insulation.
Manufactured with standard voltages; 230V 50Hz in single phase motors, 230/400V 50Hz in three phase motors up to 4kW and 400/690V 50Hz for higher powers.
HC Short Cased Axial Fans with Circular Reinforced Frame
The HC range of short cased axial fans can be supplied in fabricated steel with copper or aluminium non-sparking components, cast aluminium or in stainless steel. Designed for wall or duct installation, they are suitable for air renewal in buildings and industries and smoke exhaust up to a maximum operating temperature of 50-60ºC depending on the fan unit.
HC: Polypropylene impeller (A2 profile) or polyamide impeller reinforced with fibreglass (other profiles) with variable pitch angle
HCA: Cast aluminium impeller with variable pitch angle
HCX: Cast aluminium impeller, ATEX rated
Designed for wall or duct installation, they are suitable for:
•Air renewal in buildings and industries
•Smoke exhaust (maximum 50-60ºC)
•Maximum working temperature: 50ºC single phase, 60ºC three phase
•Supply impeller (air direction from impeller to motor), 100% reversible impeller
•60Hz fans and special voltages
•Hot-dipped galvanised or stainless steel housing
•Option to be adapted on to a square plate frame, to transform it into a plate axial fan
•ATEX version available
Technical Data
The HC range of long cased axial fans are paired with a standard asynchronous squirrel-cage motor manufactured with standard voltages: 230V 50Hz in single phase motors, 230/400V 50Hz in three phase motors up to 4kW and 400/690V 50Hz for higher powers.
