HCA Short Cased Axial Fans
Available in Standard, ATEX and Stainless Steel Construction
The HCA range of short cased axial fans offer enhanced mechanical strength, durability and corrosion resistance in low to medium pressure applications. Suitable for harsh environments, the HCA range features a reinforced steel fan casing with a polyester powder coating finish. They can provide airflows from 2220 m3 /h up to 144000 m3 /h. Suitable for Wall or Duct Installation
The HCA range of short cased axial fans are designed for wall or duct installation and suitable for air renewal in buildings and industries and smoke exhaust with a maximum operating temperature up to 50ºC in single phase and up to 60ºC in three phase.
HC: Polypropylene impeller (A2 profile) or polyamide impeller reinforced with fibreglass (other profiles) with variable pitch angle
HCA: Cast aluminum impeller with variable pitch angle
HCX: ATEX rated
HCA short cased axial fans are suitable for:
•Air renewal in buildings and industries
•Smoke exhaust (maximum 50-60ºC)
•Maximum working temperature: 50ºC single phase, 60ºC three phase
•Supply impeller (air direction from impeller to motor), 100% reversible impeller
•60Hz fans and special voltages
•Hot-dipped galvanized or stainless steel housing
•Optional can be adapted an square plate to the frame, to transform it in an axial square frame version fan
•ATEX version available
Technical Data
HCA short cased axial fans are supplied with a standard asynchronous squirrel-cage motor manufactured with standard voltages; 230V 50Hz in single phase motors and 230/400V 50Hz in three phase motors up to 4kW and 400/690V 50Hz for higher powers.
