Centrifugal Fan with Belt Transmission
Manufacturing Features:
Fully welded or joined housing manufactured with Fe360 sheet steel.
The fan paint finish is based on a qualicoat polyester powder coating stoved at 200ºC, with an average film thickness of 70 microns and an average heat resistance of 180ºC with peaks of 200ºC.
Single inlet backward impeller with self-cleaning system made of Fe360 sheet steel, statically and dynamically balanced. Impellers are painted with polyester primer that resists temperatures up to 300ºC.
Motorised fan with base frame and fully equipped fans including: motor, pulleys, belts, belts guard and shaft guard. IE4 motors for 75kW power or higher.
Standard orientation LG270. The orientation can be adjusted in models 400 to 630. The orientation is fixed for model sizes 710 to 2000.
Belt Driven Fans for Medium Pressure Applications
The MTGR series of belt driven fans designed for inline installation, are suitable for a range of medium pressure industrial applications including clean and slightly dusty air transport, the extraction or injection of air and cooling of machines and parts.
