Manufacturing Features:
Centrifugal fan with fully welded housing made of Fe360 sheet steel.

Qualicoat polyester powder coating stoved at 200ºC, with an average film thickness of 70 microns and an average heat resistance of 180ºC with peaks of 200ºC.
Single inlet backward impeller with self-cleaning system made of Fe360 sheet steel, statically and dynamically balanced. Impellers are painted with polyester primer that resists temperatures up to 300ºC.
Standard orientation LG270. The orientation of models 250 to 630 can be adjusted. In models sizes from 710 to 1400 the orientation is fixed.

Standard asynchronous squirrel-cage motor with IP55 protection and rated class F insulation. Manufactured with standard voltages: 230/400V 50Hz for 3~ motors up to 4kW and 400/690V 50Hz for higher powers. IE4 motors for 75kW power or higher.

Medium pressure industrial fans

Designed to Withstand High Temperatures

The MBRU range of medium pressure centrifugal fans are suitable for high temperature applications. They feature a Fe360 sheet steel housing with a qualicoat polyester powder coating finish that resists heat up to 200ºC. Its backward impellers painted with polyester primer can resist temperatures up to 300ºC.

Ideal for Clean Or Dusty Air Transport at Medium Pressure Rates

MBRU centrifugal fans are ideal for transporting clean or dusty air and small loads of pellet materials within a range of industrial applications where there is a requirement for medium pressure airflow.
