MBRM Medium Pressure Centrifugal Fans
Available in standard, ATEX and stainless steel construction.
Manufacturing Features:
Medium pressure centrifugal fan with a fully welded rolling steel sheet housing.
Fan paint finish is a qualicoat polyester powder coating stoved at 200ºC, with an average film thickness of 70 microns.
Average heat resistance of the coating is 180ºC with peaks of 200ºC.
High efficiency single inlet with backward curved impeller, made of Fe360 sheet steel, statically and dynamically balanced. Impellers are painted with polyester primer that resists temperatures up to 300ºC.
Optional front support up to size 500, size 560 and upper front support is included.
Standard orientation LG270. The orientation can be adjusted for models 220 to 630. For models between sizes 710 to 1400 the orientation is fixed.
Standard asynchronous squirrel-cage motor with IP-55 protection and rated class F insulation. Manufactured with standard voltages: 230/400V 50Hz for 3~ motors up to 4kW and 400/690V 50Hz for higher powers. IE4 motors for 75kW power or higher.

MBRM centrifugal fans are designed for the transportation of clean and slightly dusty air in medium pressure industrial applications such as cooling of machines and parts, pneumatic transport and exhaust after filters, separators and cyclones.

The MBRM range of medium pressure centrifugal fans are paired with a standard asynchronous squirrel-cage motor manufacturated with standard voltages: 230/400V 50Hz for three phase motors up to 4kW and 400/690V 50Hz for higher powers. IE4 motors for 75kW power or higher.
