Manufacturing Features:
Medium pressure centrifugal fan made of Fe360 sheet steel.

Qualicoat polyester powder coating stoved at 200ºC, with an average film thickness of 70 microns and an average heat resistance of 180ºC with peaks of 200ºC.
Fully welded housing.
Single inlet backward impeller with self-cleaning system made of Fe360 sheet steel, statically and dynamically balanced. Impellers are painted with polyester primer that resists temperatures up to 300ºC.
Standard orientation LG270. The orientation can be adjusted in models 400 to 630. For models 710 to 1400 the orientation is fixed.

Standard asynchronous squirrel-cage motor with IP-55 protection and class F insulation. Manufactured with standard voltages: 230V/400V 50Hz in 1~ motors, 230/400V 50Hz in 3~ motors up to 4kW and 400/690V 50Hz for higher powers. IE4 motors for 75kW power or higher.

Ideal for High Temperature Applications

The MBGR range of medium pressure centrifugal fans are ideal for high temperature applications. They feature a Fe360 sheet steel housing finished with a qualicoat polyester powder coating stoved at 200ºC. The average heat resistance of the coating is 180ºC with peaks of 200ºC. Its backward curved impellers with self-cleaning system also made of Fe360 sheet steel are painted with polyester primer that resists temperatures up to 300ºC.

Designed for Medium Pressure Applications

MBGR centrifugal fans are designed for inline installation and suitable for medium pressure applications such as cooling of machines and parts, clean and slightly dusty air transport, exhaust after filters, separators and cyclones and pneumatic transport. The maximum working temperature of carried air is up to 130ºC and up to 60ºC for ambient air.

Technical Data
