Manufacturing Features:
Medium pressure centrifugal fan made of Fe360 sheet steel.
Qualicoat polyester powder coating stoved at 200ºC, with an average film thickness of 70 microns and an average heat resistance of 180ºC with peaks of 200ºC.
Single inlet forward curved impeller made of Fe360 sheet statically and dynamically balanced and painted with a polyester primer that resists temperatures up to 300ºC.
It allows adjusting the orientation locally from models.
Optional front support up to size 500, size 560 and upper front support is included.
Standard orientation LG270.
Standard asynchronous squirrel-cage motor with IP55 protection and class F insulation. Manufactured with standard voltages: 230/400V 50Hz in 3~ motors up to 4kW and 400/690V 50Hz for higher powers.
Ideal for Conveying Large Volumes of Clean Air at Medium Pressures
MBCA centrifugal fans are designed for the transportation of clean, dust free air in industrial applications where large volumes of air are conveyed at medium rated pressures. The maximum working temperature of carried air is up to 130ºC with an ambient temperature up to 60ºC.
