Manufacturing Features:
Centrifugal fan with a fully welded Fe360 sheet steel housing.

Qualicoat polyester powder coating stoved at 200ºC, with an average film thickness of 70 microns. Average heat resistance of the coating is 180ºC with peaks of 200ºC.
High efficiency simple inlet backward impeller with self-cleaning system made of Fe360 sheet statically and dynamically balanced.
Impellers are painted with polyester primer that resists temperatures up to 300ºC.
Standard asynchronous squirrel-cage motor with IP-55 protection and class F insulation.
Manufactured with standard voltages: 230/400V 50Hz in 3~ motors up to 4kW and 400/690V 50Hz for higher powers.

Designed to Resist High Temperatures in Industrial Applications

The AAVA, AAVC and AAVM series of high pressure centrifugal fans feature statically and dynamically balanced, self cleaning impellers made of Fe360 sheet steel and coated with a polyester primer that resists temperatures up to 300ºC. They are designed for inline installation and suitable for the extraction or injection of air in Industrial applications, pneumatic transport , cooling of machines and parts, clean and slightly dusty air transport and exhaust after filters, separators and cyclones.

Ideal for Higher Pressure Systems

The AAVA, AAVC and AAVM models are designed to achieve higher air pressure rates and overall system efficiency in industrial applications. The maximum working temperature for carried air is 130ºC and up to 60ºC for ambient air. ATEX versions are available on request suitable for both zone 1 and zone 2 environments.
