DVN & DVNS vertical discharge roof fans

Designed to Extract Clean or Dusty Air

The DVN & DVNS series of roof fans with vertical discharge are suitable for shed roofs, saddle roofs, flat roofs and pent roofs. The roof fans can handle dusty or contaminated air in industrial and commercial buildings. ATEX rated versions are available on request. For clean air roof extraction, see the DH range of roof fans.

Offering High Performance Impellers from Sizes 310mm to 900mm 

DVN & DVNS centrifugal roof fans feature efficiency-optimised high performance impellers, available from size 310mm to 900mm. The impellers together with the impeller hub are dynamically balanced on two levels with the rotor according to quality level G 2,5 / G 6,3 as per DIN ISO 21940-11.

Available Fan Types

DVNF/DVN: The casing consists of seawater-resistant aluminium and a base frame with integrated inlet cone.

•up to size 500: Base frame with integrated inlet cone made of galvanised sheet steel
•from size 560: Base frame with integrated inlet cone made of galvanised sheet steel and additional plastic coating

•DVNFS/DVNS: Casing with integrated sound insulation (S) ; base frame with integrated inlet cone made of galvanised sheet steel and additional plastic coating.

•up to size 500: Base frame with integrated inlet cone made of galvanised sheet steel
•from size 560: Base frame with integrated inlet cone made of galvanised sheet steel and additional plastic coating

Technical Data

DVN & DVNS models are all available in sound attenuating versions with integrated sound insulation. The fans are driven by IEC three phase motors and up to size 450 are suitable for voltage control. From size 500 the fans are controllable with a frequency converter.
