Manufacturing Features:
High pressure centrifugal fans made from Fe360 sheet steel.
Qualicoat polyester powder coat paint finish with an average film thickness of 70 microns and an a
verage heat resistance of 180ºC with peaks of 200ºC.
High efficiency simple inlet backward impeller with self-cleaning system made of Fe360 sheet statically and dynamically balanced.
Impellers are painted with polyester primer that resists temperatures up to 300ºC.
Standard orientation LG270. Other available positions: LG0, LG45, LG90, LG135, LG180, LG225, LG315, RD0, RD45, RD90, RD135, RD180, RD225, RD270, RD315.

Standard asynchronous squirrel-cage motor with IP-55 protection and class F insulation. Manufactured with standard voltages: 230/400V 50Hz in 3~ motors up to 4kW and 400/690V 50Hz for higher powers. IE4 motors for 75kW power or higher.

Suitable for High Temperature Industrial Applications

The AAVP/N range of high pressure centrifugal fans feature a fully welded housing with a qualicoat polyester powder coating stoved at 200ºC. The average heat resistance of the coating is 180ºC with peaks of 200ºC. Its high efficiency impellers are painted with polyester primer, resisting temperatures up to 300ºC.

Ideal for High Pressure Applications

AAVP/N centrifugal fans are designed for inline installation and suitable for a range of high pressure industrial applications including the extraction or injection of air, cooling of machines and parts, pneumatic transport, clean and slightly dusty air transport and exhaust after filters, separators and cyclones.
