Centrifugal Belt Driven Fan Made of Fe360 Sheet Steel
Manufacturing Features:
Fully welded housing finished with a qualicoat polyester powder coating stoved at 200ºC, with an average film thickness of 70 microns and an average heat resistance of 180ºC with peaks of 200ºC.
Single inlet forward curved impeller made of Fe360 sheet steel, statically and dynamically balanced. Impellers are painted with polyester primer that resists temperatures up to 300ºC.
Motorised fan with base frame and fully equipped fans including: motor, pulleys, belts, belts guard and shaft guard. Fitted over a base plate.
Standard orientation LG270. The orientation can be adjusted locally in models 220 to 630. Models sizes from 710 to 1000 size the orientation is fixed.

The MTCA series of belt driven fans are designed for inline installation in a range of medium pressure applications including the extraction or injection of air in industrial applications, cooling of machines and parts and clean air and pneumatic transport.
