MBZM P/R Medium Pressure Radial Fans

Manufacturing Features:
Centrifugal fans made of Fe360 sheet steel.
Qualicoat polyester powder coating stoved at 200ºC, with an average film thickness of 70 microns and an average heat resistance of 180ºC with peaks of 200ºC.
Straight blade impeller made of Fe360 sheet steel, statically and dynamically balanced. Impellers are painted with polyester primer that resists temperatures up to 300ºC.
Standard orientation LG270. The orientation of models 220 to 630 can be adjusted. For model sizes 710 to 1000 the orientation is fixed.
Standard asynchronous squirrel-cage motor with IP-55 protection and class F insulation. Manufactured with standard voltages: 230/400V 50Hz in 3~ motors up to 4kW and 400/690V 50Hz for higher powers. IE4 motors are available for 75kW power or higher.
Ideal for High Temperature Applications
MBZM P/R medium pressure fans are suitable for industrial applications facing higher temperatures. They feature a fully welded Fe360 sheet steel housing with a heat resistance up to 200ºC. Its steel impellers painted with polyester primer, can resist temperatures up to 300ºC.
