Available with a C3, C4 or C5 Corrosion Resistant Finish

Manufacturing Features:
Medium pressure backward curved centrifugal fan with direct coupling.
Reinforced housing made of carbon laminated steel, with a powder coating polyester resin, RAL 5010, for enhanced corrosion protection. Finish C3.
Casing fully latched and adjustable.
Self-cleaning turbine and reinforced impeller with high-performance backward (reaction) blades made of carbon laminated steel, dynamically balanced to minimise noise and vibrations, black painted RAL 9005.
Models of size 500 and above are supplied with a front support foot, for the other models the front support foot is optional.
Inspection door to facilitate maintenance and cleaning.

IEC standardised asynchronous squirrel-cage motor offering S1 service class for continuous operation and approved 400ºC/2h for S2 service class. Manufactured with standard voltages as follows: 230/400V 50Hz for 3~ motors up to 4kW and 400/690V 50Hz for higher powers.

F400 rated medium pressure smoke extraction fans certified

 For Use Within the Fire Danger Zone or Hazardous Areas

The IGNEO range of F400 medium pressure centrifugal fans, certified to work within the fire danger zone or hazardous areas, offer a maximum working temperature up to 130ºC for continuous transported air (service S1) and up to 400ºC for 2 hours (service S2). The maximum ambient temperature is up to 60ºC. They are ideal for emergency smoke extraction in large buildings, factories, warehouses, car parks, tunnels and more. The range can can also be used in commercial kitchen extraction to extract soiled air.

 

 

Enhanced Corrosive Protection for Performance in Harsh Environments

The IGNEO series of fans feature a powder coated polyester resin finish for enhanced corrosion protection. C3 rated fans are suitable for indoor areas with high humidty and some air pollution, outdoor areas such as urban and industrial atmospheres, areas with moderate sulphur dioxide pollution or coastal areas with low salinity.
