Area Sales Engineer – Fans and Ventilation Equipment

Axair Fans is now looking for an experienced sales professional to continue the sales growth in East Anglia, Essex, Hertfordhire and Bedfordshire.

We are the UK importers for a number of European fan manufacturers,we have EC technology within our portfolio this enables us to meet increasing market demand for energy efficient motors and fans.

Our existing customers are inolved in manufacturing and incorporate our fans into their products. Knowledge of the OEM market is currently of greater importance to us than understanding the contractor and distribution side of the HVAC industry.

Principal Duties

Maintain existing customer relationships Expand the number of active customers in the designated area. Propose technical solutions that demonstrate the companies competences at all levels. Prepare neat and concise quotations for presentation to the customer. Co-ordinate and agree 6 monthly plans that maintain a balanced portfolio for our principals.

Personal Attributes

Degree or good equivalent in an engineering discipline. 3-5 years experience in a sales role in a related industry. Good communication skills, verbal and written. Living within the defined area. Self motivated and capable of creating your own weekly call plans.

Basic package: by negotiation.
