Axair Fans UK Limited has introduced a stock range of plate mounted and cased axial fans, primarily for the HVAC installer.
The fans are available with variable pitch angle polyamide impellers in diameters from 250 to 630mm, at motor speeds of 2750, 1450 and 960/min. dependent on diameter, and for use on single and dual voltage three phase electrical supplies.
Volume flow rates vary from 1250 to 18700m³/h, free inlet and discharge, at stable pressures up to 200Pascals according to fan model.
With an awareness of vulnerability of fans to contamination, Axair Fans is offering ingress protection to IP65 standard. This means total exclusion of dust and hosed water from motors and terminal boxes.
Every fan has the facility for over-heat protection by means of self-resetting thermo-contacts. These can be connected either in series with a single phase motor, to a motor starter with auto-disconnect circuit, or to an alarm system.
As a measure of its commitment to the installer, Axair Fans is able to supply a useful range of accessories for axial fans including flanges, mounting feet, flexible connectors, and anti-vibration mountings. Additionally the company can supply many other types of axial fan including those with external rotor motor, aluminium impeller, in-line duct models, and centrifugal fans in both metal and plastic.
