Laboratory Fume Extraction Roadshow

Following on from the Effective Laboratory exhibition at Strathclyde University on 1st March 2016, Axair Fans took to the City of Nottingham to showcase new developments and energy efficient air movement technology while sharing our technical knowledge and experience of laboratory air movement.

Axair FansHeld on Wednesday 21st September, the event saw delegates attend breakout sessions to discuss and learn more about effective laboratory design and system integration. Particularly interesting was the focus regards how an enhanced laboratory design can assist with today’s modern scientific teaching demands and how systems with improved efficiency and safety can reduce costs by 50%.

Reducing costs in these systems can significantly be influenced by the fans used to provide ventilation. Axair Fans has achieved great cost reductions and system efficiencies for our clients by using the correct corrosion resistant polypropylene fan for single or multiple fume cupboards.
